Kenya post-election violence – Access to meeting minutes withheld

International Criminal Court’s Chief Prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo is to be ‘denied access to minutes of a meeting said to have been held at State House at the height of the post-election violence’. This is according to the front page of the Daily Nation from a few days ago.

Now Ruto and Keter want alleged minutes of meetings held at ODM’s Pentagon House that record meetings to discuss ‘mass action’ handed over to Ocampo’s team. Mudavadi says the claims are “diversionary”.

Support for Ruto and his mates isn’t the Forum’s natural default position but if he’s on the ICC’s little list shouldn’t the rest of the ‘Pentagon Five’ be on it? And if they were to be added shouldn’t a sixth name appear along side them?
