SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS TRIBUNAL FINDING DECLARING JUSTICE MUTAVA UNFIT TO SERVE

Joseph Mutava was sacked over the controversial handling of businessman Kamlesh Pattni’s case.

The judge acquitted Pattni over the multi-billion shilling Goldenberg scandal in 2013.
