KFCB AWARDS SH 200 CASH AWARD TO COMEDIAN HENRY DESAGU
Mutua was speaking during the awarding of Youtube’s Silver Creator Award 2019 to comedian Henry Desagu.
KFCB issued a cash reward of Sh 200, 000 to Henry Desagu in support of his achievement.
Ezekiel Mutu also urged the youth to create clean, decent content online, saying that Desagu’s content is not based on “infamy nor controversy” but it has still earned him popularity.
“Desagu is an icon and a shining example that content doesn’t have to be dirty to sell. He has used his platform and creativity to bring us joy and lighten our hurts without breaking the rules of common decency,” Mutua said.
