NHIF medical cover details

Full List of everything covered by the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF).

A number of Kenyans have enrolled for the National Health Insurance Fund either voluntarily or ‘involuntarily’ for those in formal employment as the government has made it mandatory for this demographic while for workers in informal employment it’s optional.

A lot of members however are not conversant with all the benefits covered by NHIF. The Kenya Forum has compiled a list of all the medical services covered and cost limits as per the respective hospital levels.
