Officers from Kenya’s National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS), working with Kenyan Police, have reportedly arrested a man at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in connection with the on-going investigation into the Westgate Mall terrorist attack.

The man is said to be a Somali national who came to Kenya in August of this year and was reportedly travelling in disguise on his way to Turkey.

There had been a report, aired on Kenyan TV, that one of the terrorists who attacked the Westgate Mall escaped with evacuees in the initial stage of the attack.
