Six teachers were abducted by armed militia believed to be Al-Shabaab, from Yuda Academy in Hagadera Refugee Camp in Daadab Complex on Thursday 2nd at about 2am. It is said that four of the teachers managed to escape but two were unlucky.

Police, who suspect its an inside job, launched a major operation early on Thursday along the Kenya-Somalia border in a bid to rescue the teachers.
