Uganda Government Outlaws Bobi Wine’s Trademark Red Berret

The government of Uganda has designated the popular red Berret worn by members of the opposition, led by Bobi Wine, as an official military tunic, consequently outlawing civilians from wearing it.

Bobi Wine, a fierce critic of President Museveni, has been donning the red beret, which has now become his trademark headgear and that of his revolutionary resistance movement under the slogan”People’s Power.
