Miss Kenya International 2015 Eunice Atieno Onyango, 22, has been crowned Miss International 2nd runner up in the highly competitive 55th Miss International Beauty Pageant beating 72 others in 4th largest pageant in the world. She was crowned at the Grand PrincHotel Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan on Thursday.
The close contest saw Honduras clinch the 1st runner-up position and Venezuela take the lead. Eunice also received the special award of Miss International Africa in the same final show.
Atieno left Kenya on Saturday 17th October 2015. She will return after a week after serving her new title in Japan. We shall announce her arrival so we can celebrate her together.

Eunice was crowned among three others in the Miss Kenya contest on 8th August 2015 at Pride Inn.
Miss Kenya sends 3 delegates to world contests namely Miss International, Miss Grand International and Miss Earth. Miss Grand concluded on 25th October where Elaine Mwangi managed top 20 in National Costume in the contest held in Bangkok Thailand.
Linda Gatere departs on Friday 13th November 2015 for Miss Earth; the final show will be held on 5th December 2015 in Vienna Austria.
