Court grants Nasa “read only” access to IEBC servers. Nasa given five hours to lay out their case.

NASA’S CASE:

• Lawyer Otiende Amollo: Presents an “error adjustment formula” that was used to declare Uhuru Kenyatta winner of the August elections.
• Otiende: Results declared were not based on forms 34A. There was a mismatch of results in forms 34B and those at the IEBC’s online portal.
• James Orengo: Security features missing from some forms 34B, forms were not standardized.
• Orengo: elections conducted in a manner, not in line with the constitution. We have sufficient evidence and sufficient grounds to grant the orders sought in this petition.
